This Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern the purchase use and redemption of Gift Cards purchased or issued from PHR Club.

  • Public Law 32-108 - Gift cards and gift certificates that are purchased and redeemable for a set amount of money may not expire within five years of the date of purchase
  • Except as required by law, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and not refundable.
  • Gift Cards are not valid for resale and has no cash value.
  • PHR Club is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Original Gift Card must be presented at redemption
  • Invalid or unidentifiable Gift Cards will not be redeemed
  • Gift Card is not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the Gift Card.
  • The Gift Card is issued by PHR Club which reserves the right to change the terms of the Gift Card program or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
