Why did the price of membership rates increase?

In the 10 year history of the PHR Club, we have only raised the price of the annual membership fees twice, despite significant hikes in prices brought on by inflation. The current price increase allows our member hotels to continue offering the same great benefits to all of our members, that they have become accustomed to.     

Why did you restrict hotel stay voucher usage to one voucher per hotel?

The member hotels that participate in the PHR Club offer a diverse array of product offerings. In an effort to have our club members experience all of our properties, we have decided to offer vouchers that enable members to experience multiple properties.    

What discounts and complimentary services will I receive?

Please note that hotel stay voucher usage is applicable to one voucher per hotel.

Multiple voucher redemption at one hotel is prohibited.

What are Reward Points and how can I redeem it?

Reward points are accumulated when the member dines at our partner outlets and have redeemed their 20% food and beverage discount coupon. For every $1.00 spent, the member will receive .03 points which can be redeemed for special PHR CLUB events and activities. 

What if I don't use all of my benefits prior to the expiration date?

All membership benefits are non-transferrable and will not be valid after the expiration date.

Please note that for Room/Premier / Family Memberships, the expiration date is set for 01/31/2024 for all new membership purchased in 2023.

Will my membership be automatically renewed upon expiration date?

Memberships will not be renewed automatically. All members will need to process the renewal to continue to receive membership benefits.

Renewals can be processed through the website, https://www.phrclub.net after the membership has expired. Please process your renewal through the website or contact us at (671) 647-2582
