20% Food & Beverage Discount at Participating Restaurants, Bars and Lounges (special rules apply at CCP restaurant and O-Night – see below)



  • Please be advised that each hotel venue has different limitations. For more information, please contact the venue to confirm these limitations.
  • 20% discount is applicable for food and beverage only and available at all times of day during operating hours at participating outlets.
  • Membership benefits are not sharable. Registered member must be present to redeem membership benefits.
  • Discount will only be applied upon presentation of valid membership card and ID (if requested). Membership validity to be verified with the registered member photo through the app..
  • Discount is limited to one bill (Member’s Table Only). Members may not apply their discounts to pay bills for other tables. Only one (1) Premier Hotels and Restaurants Club membership card may be used per table per visit.
  • Discount may not be valid on certain holidays and special events. Please inquire with each outlet for more details.
  • Discount does not apply to banquet events (function rooms, meeting rooms, ballroom, or pool.)
  • Discount does not apply to special events or celebrations booked in outlets.
  • Discount does not apply to catered events.
  • Discount may not be available for specialty items to-go (e.g., holiday dinners, holiday cakes, etc.). Please inquire with each outlets for more details.
  • Discount cannot be combined with any other special discounts. Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discounted offers or special promotions.
  • Discount only applies when paying cash or credit card (no company charges)

Special Rules Applicable to CCP Restaurant

  • Member’s bill must be more than $10.00 for food and beverages to be eligible for 20% discount.
  • 20% discount does not apply for beverages only bills
  • The maximum cover for one bill is up to 6 covers.


Special Rule Applicable to O-Night.

  • 20% discount from food and beverage bill up to 6 covers.


Reward Points Earned for Dine In

  • Receive .03 points for every dollar spent per check
  • Redeemable for Special PHR Club events and activities

Terms and Conditions: Advance reservation required, Discount applied ONLY to member. Valid membership card must be presented along with a matching valid ID. This Discount is not to be combined with any other promotion or any special offerings. Not valid for any Gift Certificate Purchase. Reservation must be made for the Spa location.


Complimentary Room Stay Benefit

  • Room reservation must be booked under the name of member.
  • This Benefit can be redeemed ONLY at Hyatt Regency Guam Hotel, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort, Pacific Islands Club Guam, Hotel Nikko Guam and The Tsubaki Towers.
  • Member must be present at time of check-in.
  • Not redeemable during blackout dates. Please inquire upon booking your reservation.
  • December - January are peak seasons and room availability is limited.
  • Complimentary room bookings are for the Standard type rooms only.
  • Maximum number of guests per room varies according to hotel. Please inquire upon reservation.
  • Presentation of valid membership card and ID (if requested) is required.
  • Subject to availability. Please note that a certain number of rooms have been allocated for this promotion and availability is subject to this allotment and not total hotel availability.
  • Advanced reservation required. Members must state that the Complimentary Room Stay Benefit is being used at the time of reservation and must present the QR Code and/or along with a valid membership card and a matching valid ID, if requested at time of check-in. This benefit will not be honored on check-out if it was not mentioned at time of reservation. 
  • Room cancellation policy - Cancellation policy may very. Please follow the cancellation policy of the staying hotel.
  • Room Voucher Redemption - Multiple room voucher redemption at one (1) Guam hotel is prohibited with the exception of Aqua Resort Club Saipan (2) voucher redemption.
  • Limited to one (1) room voucher redemption at one (1) Guam hotel per membership period.


$10 Off Local Rate

  • Subject to availability, Blackout Dates may apply.　This may not be combined with special promotion rate.
  • Advance reservation is required. At time of reservation, member must state the member number and expiration date.
  • Member must present a valid membership card at time of check-in.
  • Maximum number of guests per room varies according to hotel. Please inquire upon reservation. 


Twenty Four (24) Pool/Tennis Court Complimentary Pass Benefit

  • Member will receive a total of 24 Pool/Tennis Court Complimentary Pass Benefit. – Four (4) pool/tennis court complimentary pass vouchers for each Participating Hotel. 
  • Member must be present at time of redemption.
  • Member may use either the pool or tennis court on the same day the voucher is redeemed.
  • Access subject to availability
  • Not redeemable during blackout dates, special events or tournaments.
  • December - January are peak seasons and availability is limited.
  • Valid for one (1) member per one (1) pool/tennis pass.
  • Pool/Tennis Complimentary Pass Benefit is NON transferable.
  • Vouchers are not required for children 3 and under with the exception of Hyatt (2 and under)
  • PIC Waterpark Access
  • Reservations and members are required to bring their own towels are required at PIC.
  • PIC Tennis court is excluded from this privilege.
  • Vouchers can be converted for use at another hotel for an additional fee as follows:
  • RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort - $5
  • Hilton Guam Resort and Spa - $5
  • Pacific Islands Club Guam - $15
  • Hyatt Regency Guam - $15 (Not applicable on black out dates. Weekend Hyatt and Non-Hyatt pool vouchers will be accepted on an availability basis)
  • Hotel Nikko Guam - $5 (Not applicable on weekends. Will only accept Nikko pool vouchers (4) only)
  • The Tsubaki Tower - Not applicable on weekends. Will only accept Tsubaki pool vouchers (4) only.
  • Members are required to bring their own equipment (tennis rackets and balls).

$20 Special Rate Round of Golf Benefit (Country Club of the Pacific)

  • Member must present validity of membership
  • Golf benefit is NON transferrable.
  • Playing member may sponsor 3 other players
  • Non-playing member may sponsor up to 4 players
  • Member must be present at check in
  • Member can play a round of golf for $20 fee.
  • Not redeemable during blackout dates.
  • During weekends and on holidays, vouchers are redeemable ONLY for AFTERNOON rounds..
  • Advance reservation required. (Please call CCP at 671-789-1361) 
  • Presentation of valid membership card and ID (if requested) is required. 


20% Discount at CCP Pro Shop 

  • Pro Shop discount applies to APPAREL ONLY, not applicable to sale items.


Twelve (12) Complimentary Beverage Benefit

  • Vouchers are redeemable for (1) complimentary bottle of house wine or (1) bottle of sparkling wine or (3) beers or (3) non-alcoholic beverages
  • Must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Multiple coupons can be used per check. Multiple coupon redemption varies from outlet to outlet. Please inquire with each outlets for more details.
  • Advance reservation required.
  • Valid for lunch and dinner with a minimum purchase of two (2) entrees.
  • Beverages must be consumed in the restaurant and cannot be taken out of the restaurant.

  • Sizes and flavors vary at each outlet.
  • Hyatt Regency Guam - 6" round Red Velvet Cake (8" round cake is available for an additional charge)
  • Presentation of membership card and ID (if requested) is required.


$5 off Yoga Sessions

  • Members only
  • Advanced reservation required.
  • Valid only at The Tsubaki Towers, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, and RIHGA Royal Laguna Guam Resort.


Expiration Dates

  • Expiration dates for Room, Premier, Family Membership will be set for January 31st of the following year regardless of purchase date.
  • Expiration for Social and Corporate Membership is an annual membership.


General Terms and Conditions

  • All the application and payment toward Premier Hotels and Restaurants Club must be made online.
  • Identification photo of the member must downloaded to the account and must be verified before activation of membership. (self portrait photo with no mask, hat, or sunglasses)
  • PHR Office work hours M-F 10:00am-6:00pm (closed on major holidays), verification and activation may take up to 3 days.
  • Limit to (1) active membership per membership with the exception of the Family Membership.
  • Redemption of member benefits must be verified with the registered member photo through the app.
  • Membership is NON TRANSFERABLE, however members are permitted to check-in their guest(s) and not required to stay.
  • Room and Premier Membership expiration are set for January of the following year and early renewals are not permitted.
  • Proof of Guam residency required (Guam ID / U.S. Military ID)
  • Participating locations are subject to change without notice.
  • Premier Hotels and Restaurants Club reserves the right to change, modify or amend the benefits and any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable regardless of reason.   
  • By accepting the membership, each member agrees to receive information on promotions, specials and other information related to the program and its properties by email, fliers or by telephone.
  • Neither Premier Hotels and Restaurants Club nor participating properties shall be liable for an amount greater than the membership fee to any member as a result of any dispute arising from or in conjunction with his/her membership.
  • Terms and conditions/restrictions for benefit vary according to each benefit and for each participating outlet.
  • Advanced reservation required prior to use of benefits; Member must inform the agent at the time of check-in or arrival that member intends to use the benefit and must surrender the QR code at the time of use.
  • Premier Hotels and Restaurants Club has the right to refuse service to anyone. 
  • Member must be 18 or older to purchase.
