Premier Hotels & Restaurants Club (“PHR” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of all persons (“user” or “you” or “customer”) who registers as a user with PHR. This Privacy Policy is to inform PHR users on how it collects, uses, processes, and protects personal information when you use our mobile app (Application). This includes any personal information provided through the app, online, over the phone, or in written form.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Private Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-app virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

Generally, PHR will not disclose or share personal information with anyone outside the organization. However PHR may need to use or share a persons information with its partners (Including Sheraton Laguna Guam Resort, Hilton Guam Resort and Spa, Pacific Islands Club Guam, Hyatt Regency Guam, Hotel Nikko Guam, The Tsubaki Towers, Country Club of the Pacific, Spa Ayualam, O-Night) , and to PHR constituents/employees. Individual information may be disclosed to public regulatory authorities (when required) and third-party service providers.
PHR third party service providers include (but are not limited to) cloud service providers for the hosting of apps and sites, direct and email communication service providers and mobile app developers (such as Cambria Software Corporation, developers of the custom application software)

When a person provides personal information to PHR he/she agrees that PHR may use the information for its purposes. However, any individual may contact PHR at any time by phone, mail or email to request that PHR cease communication by any or all means. They may also request that we delete their account (see the section below entitled “Deletion of Personal Information”)
Individuals’ Rights of Personal Information
In order to access, correct, update, withdraw, or delete any personal information, PHR may need to obtain specific identifying information from the requestor to help confirm the individual’s identity and ensure that personal information is not disclosed or released to any person who does not have the right to receive it, nor removed from PHR’s records in error.

However, in some situations, PHR may not be able to delete certain information (such as records of financial transactions) due to the need to satisfy legal, accounting or government reporting requirements.
Third-Party Website links
When using the PHR mobile app, links to external websites may be found. Any usage of the PHR website is secured. However, PHR’s Privacy Policy does not apply to external web sites (such as Vimeo, Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram) outside of PHR supervision, but only to PHR’s website. PHR encourages each person visiting external sites to contact those organizations regarding their own privacy policies to determine if and how they obtain and sue information from individuals. The PHR mobile app does not pass on any personal user information to external websites, through by visiting these sites users may be passing on personal information (such as location).
Personal Information Security
PHR takes seriously the protection of individual’s personal information and will never sell nor trade any personal information to outside parties. If you choose to share data about yourself vis your profile, sending messages, or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all date you disclose in these areas are subject to examination by our internal staff who possess data within the Application. Messages are not made public, but are examined for appropriateness to their intended audiences.
PHR does not permit third-party service providers to use PHR constituent’s personal information for their own purposes other than to fulfill the services requested by PHR. Third-Party service providers are not permitted to process individual’s personal information through our mobile app. In addition, PHR will communicate these privacy guidelines to all of its employees and its partners to strictly insure privacy safeguards within the organization.
PHR may disclose personal information to fulfill its legal obligations as required by law. PHR may also disclose information if PHR determines that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public safety and importance, disclosure is necessary.
Geo-Location Information
The PHR mobile app does not access your devices geo-location service. External sites linked from the app may request access according to their own privacy policies. You may change any access through your mobile device settings.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your devices photos or videos. If after granting access you wish to change our access or permissions to your media, you may do so in your device’s setting or by deleting the app.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide may be used to analyze the PHR mobile app or track the number of downloads from the store providing the app.
Push Notification
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your devices setting.
Future Privacy Policy Changes
PHR reserves the right to make any changes to this Private Policy at any time. Changes and/or revisions to PHR’s Private Policy will be posted on the PHR website (https://phrclub.net) and may be viewed at any time.
